Welcome! I’m Bev, a yoga, meditation and Qigong teacher dedicated to helping you reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world. My approach weaves together the grounding wisdom of yoga, the flowing energy of Qigong, my Buddhist practice and a deep reverence for the earth, creating a practice that nurtures both inner and outer harmony.​
My journey into mindful movement has been deeply personal—shaped by my sensitivity, empathy and neurodivergence.
From a young age, I felt everything intensely, often caught in the whirlwind of an overactive mind. It was through movement—through truly inhabiting my body—that I found balance, grounding, and a sense of peace.


​​Over the years, I have undertaken a deep and intentional journey with yoga, movement and qigong. I have undertaken training in adult and children's yoga, mindfulness, qigong and forest school facilitation. As well as teaching yoga, qigong and mindfulness courses to adults and children in the community, I have been teaching children's yoga in schools for over 20 years and have been working with young people in outdoor education.
My passion lies in guiding others—especially those who, like me, have spent much of their lives in their minds—to get back into their bodies, back into the rhythms of nature, back into balance.​

As a mother of two girls, I have found ways to work with my practice to keep balanced, maintain energy levels and create a harmony in my life that I couldn't imagine without yoga, qigong and the nourishment they bring to my family.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and energetic practices, I guide my students in cultivating strength, balance, and a profound connection to nature.
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, release stagnant energy, or simply move with more ease, my classes offer a space to realign with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner flow.
I have spent many years working specifically in women's wellness, teaching about natural cycles and integrating this with my yoga practice.

My passion is helping people to find their most grounded, centred way of being. My classes are friendly and open to all - whatever your ability and starting point, you can start your yoga and qigong journey today. Creating value in my community is a strong determination for me and with courage, compassion and wisdom, I will do this by being a safe space and as fully inclusive as possible.
